So weird that u just posted this...i had just noticed myself that it wasn't on the rubble list and was going to make a post on it. I am wondering how rare it may be compared to some of the other rubble on the list...

Seeing as how there are things on the list labeled as UR (ultra rare), I guess we can just assume that since this isn't on the list, it's UUR (ultra-ultra rare).
