Siege Community......is there really one?

It just seems to me that EM events should be a fun community time for everyone. A time to just "relax" and play for fun. I don't need to be told "This is Siege! you can be killed anywhere, anytime". I know this. But in my opinion, EM events should be considered outside that box. A time for us all to be able to come together as a shard and have some fun without worrying about our egos or counts or annoying others. At least have some respect for the new EM who spends his/her own time to put together an event. *rambles on*

Lame...So much for COMMUNITY, right?
Cecil just wanted to log on and introduce himself. He said for everyone to go to Brit EM hall, Bad Idea . Cecil said events would take place over a long period of time. A 2nd guy that showed up asking if vendor prices where too high. Soon after Krystal and Nixon showed up.
We went back to Luna he told us to get small animals and go to the bag ball court. He made dragons and a balaron that killed every one and their pets. (Krystal and Nixon also helped with the killing. Chester (Jazz's battle chicken) was the last one standing. We went back to Luna.
Jazz told him he want a Leg Lamp for his major award. Cecil said he would make one out of a corpse leg with both of their names on it (Jazz and Chester) It will be placed in Award Hall. Cecil then dropped a Chiv book named a box of Tissues. That was pretty much the end.
Ps he also asked if there where any Shadowclan orks

Trying not to be miffed...cause its not like I have done a report in a long while....but i was online. I could have been there.
We did say he we there in alliance chat a few times and it came though where the announce the shard is going down
he was only on for about an hour.

I *almost* missed the humour in this!
I got the feeling it was more of a spontaneous hello to the shard. The "event" was a spur of the moment thing where everyone just went out and got a small pet and you had to see which pet lived the longest (my bunny outlived ME). LOL
He did use the general chat quite a bit which was nice and he seems to have a good sense of humor.
He also said he planned to be around a lot and had a lot of events planned.
O, and he said he's redoing the Award Hall.
