How does one get beneath Papua bank?

Everytime I go to Paua bank, the same char name pops on and off right outside bank, so i thought I'd snoop around. The char appears to recall in directly under bank, says "bank" and drops off whatever ore/gems it was programmed to collect, then pops back out. I could not access the spot under bank when she recalls, but when I did a shift control from above, I did get over 80 blackrock fragments that it apparently discards.

Does anyone know how to get "under" bank - maybe there are other discards that I can't see from above that a robot program deems worthless?

Blackrock worth anything anymore - or should I just toss it?

Is a script miner, seen them too....just page on em and they will probably be gone, till a new one is made though...and the blackrock worthless so far, i have tons. Good thing about it is you can just leave it layin in your house on the floor and they wont dissapear.

To get under the bank, you need to turn your circle of transperance all the way up. Then stand next to the bank, and teleport to a spot underneath it.
There are many spots under there so keep trying.
I am not sure if this has been fixed.
As I have rune to under the bank on Napa.
