As nearly as I remember (and it's been a while), each of the Gargoyles at the forge will give you a different quest for a different power scrolls. The one that does the 110's asks for residue, the one for the 115's asks for essence and the one for the 120's asks for relic fragments. Unless they've changed it, I did the one for the 115's and then just used a scroll binder to make the 120. It was cheaper for me on Catskills to do it that way.
You need to do the quest that asks for 50 enchanted essence at the ter Mur Public soulforge (not the queens). Sometiems it tosses out a runic stone hammer but if you get lucky liek i did, dot he quest 10 times, get 10 115s, put them ina scroll binder and boom; 120 imbue scroll.
Is the quest demanding?

500 essence is easy to get if you saved up enough. I got it within 30 mins of trying.. and freed up 500 jewelry secures in the process.
Imbuing is great for people who hoarded the old-style decent jewels.

I actually freed up over 1200 in secures with imbuing.. +25 stealing/bushido/ninja jewel sets are easy to get now. It is the single handed reason why I was not very interested in buying a castle.
To all the non-imbuers.. unless your jewels are uber uber uber.. they're worthless unravel junk.

95% of my saved jewels became defunct cuz I can imbue just the properties you want and at high levels.

There is a vender for scroll binders west of yew moongate about 1.5 screens. although it may not be stocked.

I restocked this afternoon, if they're not all sold now.
must have been longer since I did it than I thought, I'll put some more on. Life has been a bit chaotic these past few days.

I just checked Tama's vendor at the Minoc Moongate and the Scroll binders are still there 800gp each. In the lumber bag big as life. Your either blind or just, well anyway, too bad for you!
Since they scribed one would think they in the scribing bag What does wood have to do with scrolls?
