NO I can not ! Only name that stuck in my mind tonite was Terrelle Pryor. And why would I want to know or even bother remember the names of kids 1/3 my age, when teams roster names change over time; all the time anyhow.

I am lucky I KNOW the names of some NFL players and most of those guys names are ...quarterbacks only. Not knowing their names does not make me less of a fan of some teams.

I know one OSU player's name that I always remember, cuz he went to my highschool [in OHIO] and he played on my high school football team which oft went undefeated @ Warren G. Harding High School...and then he went off to college at OSU.

HIS name is PAUL WARFIELD !

Im sure the guys that play and their families care. And I'm sure if you were really a fan of your team you'd take the time to care. I wouldn't expect anyone as bitter as you to understand.

I can name some Bama players..

Cody, Ingram, Jones, McElroy, Maize, McClain, Tiffen, Richardson, Peek...

I could go on.

All those i mentioned had some pretty spectacular moments this season that contributed to Bama playing on the 7th this year.

I still can't get over the attention and adulation that TP got last night. He looked AWFUL but yet they talked about him like he was a star. The guy still has a horrible throwing motion, makes bad decisions, and can't read a defense. He's a gifted athlete but as long as he's the Buck's QB, I'll be happy. He'll lose them more games than he will win them.

Oh, and it's so funny seeing Buckeye fans go on and on, like the monkey is off their backs. Um, you beat a Pac-10 team in an overrated bowl. Congrats.

You wouldn't get stabbed. They're stupid and drunk but they aren't violent. They're used to losing big games too so generally they are very quiet and keep to themselves until AFTER they win a game...which isn't often.

Actually I was at the game when Texas visited in 2005. There were a couple Texas fans that were not only verbally assaulted but had all kinds of items thrown at them. Several fist fights broke out after the game too. They are sore losers and even worse winners.

Alabama has Penn State in the 2 or 3rd week of 2010. It should be a good one, but I am going to miss the ooc ACC match up too; sec/acc match ups are always fun to watch.
