Ok before anyone gets the wrong idea, this is NOT a flame, or a Ha Ha looky what I got type deal. This is ONLY to see if I can get the luck nuts like me out of the wood work, and just to see whats really out there.

But then again, the suit isn't even a hour old and was just whipped up my my smith with a dull copper runic and some gold ingots.

Trust me... the items you get are going to be just as good as the items he gets 99.9999999999999999% of the time.

That's how lucky he is.

His resists are complete crap too.

My tamers luck suit is 1000 luck, 60+ in all resists, 2/6 casting, 100%LRC, 30%LMC, 33%DCI and I use swords of prosperity so my tamer has defensive skills for his template of lore, taming, vet, eval, magery, med, resist

I could easily bump the character to 1500 luck but every time I have in the past... I never got squat.

Yeah if I lower my luck I can get 60's resist, but I don't fight with it, its for my tamer so I haven't needed resists so far. But hey, its a start!

Drats, the best I can muster is 1586 with abysmal resists. I really need that Armor of Fortune and the luck statue!

I've only consciously bothered with trying to make luck suits for a couple of my tamers.

One has a suit with 932 luck and resists of 51/57/35/47/45. She gets another 400 luck (1332 total for that suit) if she touches the 10th Anniversary Sculpture. Another tamer's suit has 704 luck and resists of 70/70/59/62/67, with another 500 luck added (1204 total) if she touches the statue. A third tamer's suit has 630 luck and resists of 66/70/53/68/61, with an additional 400 luck (1030 total) if she uses the statue. The other mods on all three suits, other than being 100% LRC, are nothing to shout about.

All my other characters that hunt have either 0 luck on their suits, or at most, around 300 luck without using the statue.

All you need is a 150 luck luckblade and to hit your local Sphinx and hopefully get lucky with another 100. I have a friend who could beat you because of the luckblade, but his luck is 999 because he thinks it is the magical number.

If the game wasn't set up so only female Elves have access to every armor piece in the game, I'm sure you'd see a lot fewer female characters.

Then there's always the Unicorn & Ki Rin thing.

I think the Dev's just wanted to see more female avatars running around dressed in bustier's and leather shorts.

Now the 150 luckblade would be 10 more and there is a robe or cloak out there with ALOT of luck on it don't rem how much.

But without those two pieces 1685 would be everyones achievable max, without Statue and Sphynx boost

I actually have a 158 luckblade that i don't wear often unless I'm Miasma hunting, because I will replace magery with chivalry to remove the mortal strike on my pets so they don't die. If I do that, then I wear me 140 luck 7lmc sleeves, the luckblade, and that throws me to 1703 with out the statue bonus, but leaves me with only 80% lrc. I'm still searching for 140 luck 20%lrc sleeves, then I'd be happy

Nice man. I've never got around to building a solid luck suit. I know you can change it at last minute before getting loot.. But I'm a lazy ass.

By the way what is the cap on luck?

My luck suite fot tamer is 1910 Luck before use of statue , very very bad resist and not much lrc. But its my pet doing the fight not me .

About males use of female characters , around 70 % of my chars are female . But on the oher hand i have no problems getting in tuch with the female side of my self

Ohh and i think luck works just fine. I get lots of good stuff with luck suit . Moswtly from Swoop .

actually this game almost requires you to be female.. ill state why..

female elfs get to wear everything you can pick up as loot.. aside from the new gargoyle crap.

female chars dont get hit with the dbl dmg succubi does, so that means you can do the semidar champ spawns without getting killed in one hit.

Female characters get disrobed by satyrs. Not quite as bad as the Succubus sounds, but female characters aren't without their issues.

Oh, and female plate armour always used to offer the same AR as standard plate, only with less of a dex penalty.

Mines 1800 with out the sandles or the statue, I imbued it but I never went for resists completely I went for mana regen has like 11 mana regen on it. So its pretty good. I forget totally, resists really don't matter for my tamer much unless I am taming, then I switch suits.

I think they are runic made with spined leather, and then imbued. If its the other they do seem over the mods. I haven't tested it since the change though, well spined atleast.
