Christmas Box pics (or here's how rare those Angels are)

This is another story that will sound like a lie. I've always gotten everything before the event ended, but I just had a bad feeling about those angels. I got the angel on the last present I opened. I still can't believe it.

I hope you enjoy the pics. This is a pretty good example of what the boxes look like. They are AMAZING imo.

This is my first try to post a pic. Thanks petri for posting that info on how to do this. Here goes

think the rarer colored (normal boxes) ones are blaze (fire), europa gold and necro blue.

i'm quoting this so i can totally disagree with it. i love love love the artwork on the boxes this year. they are presents unto themselves

Are you saying you got 1 angel box out of 100-150? I got 1 angel box out of 18. The RNG has never smiled on me before!

My screen shot would look like ABC's minus I got just as many and 2 angels.. and I got no special ones last year, so this made up for it! lol

and I love love love the boxes this year!

I opened all mine on Origin about 30 total after i received a few from friends. then my three on siege. did not get an angel box. then just for giggles i opened one of the tickets on sonoma and got an angel box!!!

WTB wig to cover damage to my hair, contact Falseprophet!!

Just out of curiosity, when you have that many boxes to open, which gift(s) do you choose? I have plenty I could open but no real use for the gifts, so I have been just leaving the tickets as is.

Also, do the different types of boxes go with specific types of gifts (e.g., trees were always in rectangular boxes), or was it totally random which box shape and color you got with any one gift?

I have been randomly picking any gift (other than trees, i have a ton of those from over the years) and the boxes seem to be set for each gift, though i haven't bothered to look at what box=what gift

1 out of 211 on the very last box I had. I had a few boxes the family had already dispersed.

Tina. perhaps there are Guilds on many of those shards you inhabit that assist new players. I had to beg, buy and borrow my gift stuff when I started over on Siege.

I really thought this through. I took 25 sets of icicles, 50 nutcrackers still in deed form and the rest in snow statues in deed form. I can't really use all that stuff of course but that seemed like the most reasonable way to do it. Totally random boxes with the prizes. I always look for any kind of trend.

I picked my gifts at random. Just went down the list and picked one after the other. *shrugs* I know I wont ever use all of it, but I will have it on hand if I do or if someone else does.

I got four angels boxes out of 100 gifts. I dont trust the RNG. I just open ten at a time.

I decided to open all 14 of my boxes.
On number 8 got the angel box.

I am not sure yet which colors are rare but here are the colors I have gotten so far with 300 tickets claimed.
