I can say that it works all too well. I got nailed by a guy about 7-8 times earlier today

Players, no one could mortal him everyone got told this target can not be mortal'd, same guy couldnt get guard wacked, he could attack blues in gz they call guards the guards would come up and just stand by the guy and not kill him.
sounds like they're immortals ...
seriously though, that's a huge bug. this whole form change patch/publish has to be one of the worst bug-filled changes this year, I wonder if it's related.

many times i shot an enemy "u deliver a mortal wound" but he's HP not yellow color, blue

I think the "devs" put small bugs into each patch so when it gets fixed they seem like they are actually worth keeping around cause for real each and everyone of those people need replaced.... I feel more layoffs coming on...
