The relic fragment alone would be worth that much, and to get 18-20 it would have to be enhanced, risking breaking it. I don't know what the proper price is, but that's below my ideal profit/risk ratio.

Assuming you want no other mods, those should be pretty easy to imbue up for cheap.

LMC takes fragments.

Not sure on the amount of them required for 8% LMC off-hand though. Good deal if you got them maxed.

Edit: LMC 8% = 5 fragments, 10 tourmaline, 10 essence of order.

Oooh. Well most people will simply burn a spined kit to get pieces with 6-8LMC.

Haven't dealt with much crafting since the lower end runics had a cap on intensity.

Yup, and I got alot of nice mr 2 pieces as well for my own collection; the really good ones are when you get mr2 and 6-8 lmc with nada else.
