IMO...

Depends what you already have on your runic pieces. First would be HPI, but you're already capped. Second I would look at stam increase. If you can get to 180 stam you'll get one tick off your ornate axe swing speed, which can be a huge deal. After that I would go mana increase and LMC. Those two might be a huge help if you need to chain some whirlwinds or momentum strikes and get unlucky with a leech.

Otherwise, nice suit

(edit* i'd also change the slayer on a wep to HLA or HLL for the tougher mobs)

SI and LMC on the armor pieces. Even if you don't get to 180 stam, it's that much more damage you can take before you lose a tick of swing speed. What Lynk said on the wep.

I'll post the specifics on the crafted armor and the jewelry in the AM .... Stamina is already on all three of the pieces of armor ..... and I'm all Stamina'ed out ... no place else to put it.

On the list of Armor Mods we have ....
- HPR
- HPI
- LMC
- MI
- MR
- Reflect Physical
- Stamina Regen

In three slots ... one on each piece I could add a total of 24 LMC (8, 8, 8) .... that would finish off one of the pieces .... leaving 1 more slot on two of the remaining peices

MR? ST?

As far as changing the Slayer for HLA or HLL ... would you guys do that "in general" or ONLY if there was NOT a Slayer that was applicable?

In general. You'll use a non slayer wep more often than not.

Thanks for the specifics Thunderz ....

Here's the details for my Armor and Jewelry

Breakdown of Jewelry

Bracelet
- Dexterity +8
- Strength +8
- Damage Increase +15
- Tactics +10
- Chivalry +15

Ring
- Dexterity +7
- Strength +8
- Damage Increase +15
- Tactics +10
- Defense Chance Increase +15

Breakdown of Crafted Leather Armor

Tunic
- Physical Resist 5
- Fire Resist Imbued to 19
- Cold Resist 9
- Poison Resist Imbued to 14
- Energy Resist 10
- Stamina +8
- 2 Imbuing Slots left (weighted intensity of 217)

Sleeves
- Physical Resist 5
- Fire Resist Imbued to 19
- Cold Resist Imbued to 15
- Poison Resist Imbued to 13
- Energy Resist 10
- Stamina +8
- 1 Imbuing Slot left (weighted intensity of 144)

Gloves
- Physical Resist 5
- Fire Resist Imbued to 19
- Cold Resist 10
- Poison Resist Imbued to 14
- Energy Resist 10
- Stamina +8
- 2 Imbuing Slots left (weighted intensity of 217)

As you can see, no more Stamina can be added to the Armor ... looks like a Combo of LMC, HP, maybe MR, HPR ... I'm not sure which would be best suited?

On the Jewelry I did throw in the Tactics (to increase damage) and Strength (mainly to help drive up HP) that could have been used elsewhere ... but there's not a whole lot of "GREAT" options that can go on the Jewelry (could drop Tactics and get DCI up to 45) .... or so it seemed to me.

You could always make a Turquoise ring for the 5 SSI along with swapping Tactics for DCI to overcap. This would help compensate for the DCI loss from using Divine Fury.

So would I make Turquoise Rings until I got one that had the Mods that I wanted (or less .... just not any that I did not want) and then imbue them up to the correct levels and add any that it did not have?

Yep, that's it exactly. It make take a few tries, but that extra 5 ssi is worth it.

I must have burned over 4000 turquoise gems to get 3 that have the 5 SSI on and no other usless mods, so be prepaired to use alot of gems! [the ones i dont use though sell ok on my vendor for 500k a pop]

On this note about SSI, what is calculated first SSI or stamina? as im trying to work out what my archer is swinging at, just by eye it seems to be 1.25 seconds on a 5 second bow. But trying to calculate it does it do the ssi first [i have 45] or the stamina [i have 180+]

Wanted to work it out so i can see if im wasting SSI or stamina by being over the 1.25 second cap.

Thanks

I got the 2 I was looking for in under 500 turquoise. You must have had a really bad run with the RNG.

To further complicate matters .... I'm sure, of course, that the +5 SSI take up an imbuing slot on the ring?

Could someone explain why the 5% SSI is imortant? That will help me give it the right priority in what stays or what goes?

Using a Scimitar (2.5s speed) with 30% SSI my Stamina can drop to 90 and I will still have a 1.25 Second Swing (according to the Stratics Combat Calculator) Are there times that my stamina will go below that .... where will it drop to during a prolonged battle with one of the Heavies?

Or is it that it's better to use a heavier, slower, weapon, one that deliver more damage with each blow, and because of that I will want that extra 5% SSI ... that way I CAN use the slower weapon, my stamina can drop to a lower number, and I still will have the 2.5s swing sweed?

Thanks .....

Its an 8th of a second so it doesnt sound much [it all adds up though] but for instance up against medusa [she can be hard to hit] you can easily get wacked a few times for 40+ dmg and not get a hit in or your stamina leach doesnt go off and be sat at like 90 stamina, thats when you'll notice your extra SSI can keep you alive, getting that hit in just before she does.

Plus yes, in fights that you dont need to pot you can use a heavy hitter and get it over with quicker. Medusa and dread take about 12mins, with the extra 5%SSI [using a 2.5 sec wep] means you can cut nearly 2 whole minutes off the fight [its roughly 6000 damage]. Im getting closer and closer to getting dread down before the key runs out :)

Just checked on the wepon calculator and 5%SSI is the differece between my swing going to 1.5 seconds at 60 stamina instead of at 90.
Plus With the extra 5%SSI you can drop SSI off your wepon completly and if you stay above 110 stamina [would need close to 200 to start with] you'll still be swinging at 1.25 seconds, making room for another mod instead.

With regaurds to the heavier wepons like an ornate its the only way you'll ever get to 1.25 seconds [with 180+ stamina]

EDIT** Yeah Connor, out of every 200 i burned a time id get like 1 or 2 that actually had the SSI and not DI

I've got to digest everything that you guys just told me .... mainly got to look at what I have and what I may be able to tweak ....

One thing I must say .... I think that it's GREAT that you guys are willing to share what you know with those of us that are less experienced. I'm sure you all put in endless hours to learn what you know ... and it wouldn't be all that hard for you to say "We had to do it the hard way ... so should everyone else" .... for me at least I want to say THANKS .... it's really appreciated ..... :thumbup1:   :mf_prop:
