Elwood McCarrin the Well-known Collector has been missing on Catskills for quite some time . Do we have anyone that can find him? Letters and bug reports go unanswered .All other shards do not have a missing Elwood

I do have a character with tracking. However, Elwood would need to be in the general vicinity of that character for tracking to work. I expect people have been all over looking for him at his last location and haven't found him, so tracking likewise would be useless.

I expect one day he will be rediscovered, with liver intact.
