Question about Character Transfer

Let's say that I have a character on Baja named "Homer". Homer is the owner of a house on Baja. If I have other characters on Baja and transfer Homer to Atlantic, what happens to the house?

it remains your house no changes. just the character that placed the house is no longer there.
