the lowest it was ever on my vendor for was 8.75 mill, that is half of what i paid for it. That is how I know exactly how much it was discounted too. It will be there at 8.5 for another hour. I wont ever sell one at your asking price, have some stones and join factions if you want one that cheap.

He told me the story behind it...i forgot his name for the life of me but he was at a pvp convention and won it and for winning he could make any item he wanted within certain parameters. It was sorta like how imbuing is now. He put the negatives on there to squeeze in what he wanted.

I want to say a guy named Gandalf the Grey (could be wrong on that) was the person who won the tourny that no "known" pvpers were actually present for. Never really heard anyone that could say they were there other than the guy who won it. The guy was still terrible even with the sword anyway.

Meph owned it when A|B transferred here from Origin, wasn't it? He used it with a PBD'd orny when you were still able to reach 4 faster casting.

Is it sad that I actually miss early AoS? oh well

Yep, Id siege bless a uncursed arcane shield; run a 1/3 ring with some dci and enhance pots, use a faction inquis, crimmy, round out the rest of the suit with hp regen and lmc. Parry mage with 15-16 hp regen.
