I've been running around Sosaria for old time's sake and visited my favorite island, Fire Isle. But to my astonishment I noticed that the western coast has lost it's beaches and now has dark gray rock cliffs and pits of lava all over the place instead of the blue seas. This was on Europa. This caused quite a fright since I have a house on the cutest little spot on Siege Perilous which I placed for the lovely sea view. So I rushed over and was relieved to see that the sandy peninsula had not been "rocked in" like it was on Europa. Thank goodness for that! However I remain curious.
I tried to do a search to see if there was any info, but couldn't find anything. Could someone explain what the heck happened, why it's been changed, is it permanent or part of a story line, and why it's not like that on Siege?
(On a side note, as much as I love the jungle sounds you hear when visiting jungle areas, I don't enjoy having it stuck on so that it plays everywhere after that. Even when I close and reopen the client, the jungle sounds continue to play wherever I go. Maybe a computer boot will do the trick, haven't tried yet.)
