A question for Ter Mur real estate aficionados

I have really only ever lived in Felucca but lately I have been spending time in Ter Mur for the LJ and mining resources. I understand one needs 10k Loyalty to place a home in Ter Mur. However, my question is if anyone has an idea of the current open plot situation. Primarily I would be looking for a place to put a max secure plot. It doesn't need to be full size, just have as much storage space as is allowed on a custom plot.

I will still be keeping my Felucca castle but I think Ter Mur seems like a nice place to have a second residence.

I appreciate any and all insight.

Yes I just placed my own house there a few days ago and even though its not max in size it is in storage and I know for a fact the other plot are max storage near my place as well
