Try the Borax soap, it works wonders. I also hear it is good to clean out the mouth too.

Apologies my Portuguese friend, it is Election Day in the states. A lot of smaller elections are going on. A congressional seat, mayor elections, town officials, etc.

Morning Black Sun, what shift did you switch to?

Still on days. But instead of five 8 hour days we've switched to four 10 hour days. Open earlier and close later.

Its been a long time since I have been up at 6am.

I have always thought I wanted that schedule. Do you think it is just going to take some getting used to but eventually will be for the best?

We have one department here that works 12 hour shifts...

I am not exactly sure their days on/days off work but it seems pretty brutal.

With having set the clocks back the other night for daylight savings, my body was used to getting up at 6, because it felt like 7 when I normally got up. As for getting out later, well that I haven't made up my mind on. We'll see after tomorrow when we have our first full day of appointments and I've actually had to work while I was working late.

I think I stayed up too late trying to learn PVP (yeah right like that is EVER going to work out) so it was good that when morning came my body felt it was an hour later than reality. It was also good my little one's body felt the same way and he let me sleep in a little bit.
