Halloween Quest Broken For Reds

If you do the halloween quest in felucca on a red and you get up to the part with Alana where you need to say note, she says "I am busy and cannot do this" and you get stuck at this part, cant get passed it and you can not collect the 5 tattered note pieces

it did work on reds before the recent publish the other day pub 62.2

TBF i have done it on my red on Europa, just once and it worked fine. But i have dont it loads on my blue in tram, just for sake of ease
