High inece loot??//? what is this?
The total intensity of the properties of the item determines the what Imbuing ingredient is received when unraveling a magic item.
The intensity of properties is weighted, for example 'mage armor' property has a weight of 1.4. These weights can be found by consulting the 'magic effects table', link above.

* <= 199 Total Intensity = Magical Residue
* 200 to 449 Total Intensity = Enchanted Essence
* 450+ = Relic Fragment

You will get one relic from one artie when you unravel them. You were getting them from runic made armour/weapons but im not sure this works anymore. I have been selling my bronze hammers as fast as i can put them on the vendor so i guess you can still get them by making weapons/armour from bronze hammers and above.

Nice source of relics are the crudge that drops in despise, the crook, staff and 2 shields all unravel for one relic each.

Hope this helps
