Halloween Quest, Can't Do It

Why, on 2 accounts, do all of my characters get the message "You can think of no reason why you would want to do this" when I try to get the letter from Eliza in Minoc? I have no open quests on my log, have good karma, not in a party, even killed myself on a few characters to try and fix it. Of course I paged a GM and got a form letter, so no help there...

Any ideas?

Did you do it all in order by talking to Jasper first? Then say letter to her and see if that resolves it.

you need to say to her note and then say tore and then you need to go around the gypsie camp and find notes on the ground and click on them then when you have them all click on one in your pack and it will make the note hole then go to the caves and say the password on the note at the skull and crossbones it will take you to room with gargoyle then hand him the not!

actually sable is right if you are getting that from her you need to go back a step

Make sure you say to Jasper, 'Eliza' in order to continue with the quest. Maybe that will help. :}
