Is there anything specail about these or do they only serve the as something similar to a bod book for scrolls such as transcendence scrolls. just wondering if there was something special for filling one of a certain particular skill.

Put in a certain amount of the same scroll and it upgrades it to the next level scroll... for example put in 10 115 Imbuing power scrolls and it will turn them into a 120 Imbuing power scroll.

Lets say you have five 15 necro scrolls, 5 lock downs, or seven pinks scrolls 7 lock downs, you combine them, and your down to one lock down and on your way to a 120 PS with the PS's. I know for me the Pinks take a lot of lock downs in a hurry.
BOD books should combine stupid ones into better ones. Just saying.

So the binder takes the individual pink scrolls and makes them into a higher value pink scroll?
and does the same thing to a power scroll?
"When the player combines the number of scrolls required, the binder is transformed into a higher version of the scrolls it was combining. For example, once the player combines the 8th 115 Magery to his binder, the binder will become a 120 Magery powerscroll. While binding sots, players who attempt to combine a scroll that would exceed the cap of 10 pts will receive a warning gump informing them that the excess points will be lost if they combine this scroll. If they accept, the binding will be completed and the binder transformed into a 10.0 pts sot."

In other words, if you had 100 of tracking .1, then you can get a 10 SOT.
So to me, the SOT scroll binder seems not worth it other than convenience. What I'm not clear on is, do you have to get it all the way to 10 SOT in order to redeem? Can I stop at 5.0 and then eat it?
The powerscrolls and Stat scrolls are definitely useful.

Scroll binders changed a little . You can put as much as you want in them upto 5% total. If you go over this 5%, the extra is lost and you will get a warning gump. If you fill the binder to 2% or 5% exactly you can eat it (it turns pink), anything other than those 2 values it remains red and you have to add more sots to it. For me , who sells a lot of SOT's , it really saves me a lot of space.
