Warrior items....pls help

I just returned to UO after a 5-year break. Been trying to gear up my warrior to do some cash run. Regarding the following items, can somone pls tell how to obtain them (not from vendor).

1) the skirt with +10 hp....
2) the talisman with 20%DI, +10%HCI...
3) M&S glasses

again, how about the Melissa's cloak? still spawn? and the boot with + resist?

1) When you say "skirt," I assume you mean "crimson cincture." This item can be obtained as a rare drop from peerless bosses (e.g., Lady Mel, Travesty, etc.).

2) The Conjurer's Trinket (undead slayer, +1 str, 20 di, 10 hci) came from the Halloween event last October and can no longer be obtained. You must purchase it from a vendor. Another option is to use the Primer on Arms talisman, obtained by donating to the Brit library. The Primer on Arms has 20 di, but no hci. Although, I believe the faction version of this tally does have hci - obviously, this would require joining factions.

3) Mace and Shield glasses, like the primer on arms, are obtained by donating to the Brit library. Specifically, you must donate 800,000 points to the Mace and Blade Section Donation Representative (i.e., the warrior ). For donations, he accepts 15 gold for 1 point, a book for 3 points, a buckler for 9 points, and a battle axe for 9 points.

And all three of those items (Crimson cincture, Primer on Arms Damage Removal and Mace and Shield Glasses) are available as faction items, which are not only better, but easier to obtain.

No, it doesn't spawn any longer. It can be found on some vendors however. If you're on Pacific I happen to have one for sale.

Honestly, I'd suggest you learn how to make money. Don't mean this in a negative way, but lots of people legitimately don't know how to make money.

-Take note of all the hot-selling items, find the ones that take the least amount of work for the greatest profit (that are actually selling, not the ones that just sit on the vendor for months).
-Get a Luna vendor (and advertise it)and sell the items at much lower than the competition.
-Raise and lower prices based on how quickly the item's being bought.
-If you can't get a luna vendor yet use an auction or bank-sit until you can.

Current suggestions would be Essences from SA, can easily (and quickly) sell them for 400-500k per 10, and they're very easy to get.
Halloween stuff will be coming out soon, so if there's something farm-able there, farm it.
