1) > 451 for get a relic

2-3) to be a gargoyle increase by 10% the weight and if you are at the queen forge you get another 8-10% of extra weight

so your saying that I as a gargoyle get 18%-20% added on the weight at the queens forge for unraveling. so i would need an item with a normal weight of around 380 and that would unravel to relic at the queens forge.
where as a human/elf would need it to have a weight of about 412 or so to get a relic?

one last question is has anyone gotten more then 1 relic from an unraveling?

yes, a gargoyle obtain a 10% extra weight + 8% for any item burned in a soul forge, but I'm not sure about the right percentage...
I tried with the dread pirate hat:
base weight: 392
gargoyle bonus: 431
with queen forge: 465

Elf/humans need 452 base weight for obtain a relic.

You can get only 1 relic fragment per item (maybe a weight of 1000 will give more, but is impossible to reach :p )

As far as I know, unraveling "bonuses" have never been mentioned by the Devs. They told us the bonuses given for imbuing but not the other way around. I can provide the following stats which will show the drastic variance in imbuing. When imbuing an object to 452 unweighted I got these results on an elf. They varied based on which forge and whether the object was exceptional or non-exceptional made (same object).

home forge - nonexceptional - 7.8% success rate
- exceptional - 9.3%
Royal City forge - nonexc - 9.8%
- exc - 11.7%
Queen's forge - nonexc - 13.8%
- exc - 16.5%
