Dread Horn, Paroxysmus, Monstrous Interred Grizzle are the easy ones.
I wouldn't say Trav because the fact that you have 100 necro at all times makes it too much effort, when you could just use another char.
That leaves Lady Melisande and Shimmering Effusion.
Melisande may actually be doable with an insanely fast weapon, I haven't tried.
Shimmering, I've seen it done in wraith form, not in vampiric embrace. Possible I guess.
