Returning player questions

Used to play uo few years ago and just activated my account to see whats going on.

Is there any easier way to transfer items between chars than own a house? Is there free spots and what would be good place for look for spots?

What are biggest changes in past 3-4 years?

And welcome back.. I just recently returned myself
There are lots of open spots for housing.
Even large housing is possible in Malas/Trammel.

Let me know if you need help finding a spot and or money to buy the house

Is there any updated version of uoam or new similar program would help a lot on finding spots and marking them? Found some free looking spots in fel and would like to mark few options before placing any. Not looking for max size, but more about location prefer tram or fel as i like these maps. My first house used to be small stone tower in some swap in fel with some pk guild castle not too far from it. snap:

How active is fel anyways? I used to play lot in factions so went to check magincia to just get attacked bunch of mobs. What happened there anyways?

I really dont know much about the pvp action in fel.. I do know however that there are lots of open spots in fel. I scout there for idocs once in a while and there seems to be spots everywhere... let me know where you want to live and Ill help find a spot
