Mail Boxes.... messages?

Could we use mail boxes to send messages to other players? Hell maybe even have a universal mail option so you can get mail from everyone (regarding sales and events)?

I know right now we have Bulletin Boards, but they require you to be in the same place. It would be pretty cool to send a message to your guild, friends, etc... this way, as opposed to Alliance/Guild Chat, the message would be waiting for them when they log on and they check the mail box.

Anyhow, just a thought.

Yeah, but what I'm talking about is to be able to fill out a message, and have it appear in all the target mailboxes.
