12th year gifts what age to get them I only got half on chars ?

what gives all my chars should 1 the acc is old and only 2 char are new ?

I can't speak for Mythic, but typically a character must be 30 days old before receiving gifts. If you created some/all of those characters in the last 30 days, they should be able to claim by November 8, but any created today through the end of the item event will not.

Can't swear this is the case, just going on historical action.

Sometimes they have to do something in game if they have been hybernating for a long time. I usually go to the nearest bank and access my bank then log out and then back in

this kinda sucks especially since i created a new gargoyle after deleteing a charactor that was 6+ years old for the slot. One can never have enough mailboxes or trees

I think the promotion's going for 30 days (said something about November 8, I think, in the herald notes) so if you created a char before this, it ought to hit 30 days before it's over.
