Although the tickets and the deeds for the items are blessed, the mailbox, silver sapling replica, and banner are NOT blessed (neither is the cake). Be careful where you redeem the tickets.
You get a bag with a card, a multi-tiered cake (they come in various colors), and a ticket that can be used to claim a deed for one of four items. Note: I think some of the bags will come in some nice multi-colored variations. The cakes seem to have some nice colors as well.
Everything comes as a deed, so I imagine the Codex will go back into deed form if you use an axe on it.
Codex of Virtue and the potted version of the Silver Sapling Replica (there's a bareroot version as well, but once you select the version you want I think you're stuck with it). I don't know if either one has any special abilities/functions.

The normal security access options apply. Double-clicking on the portal brings up directions that tell you that the portal will allow you to teleport directly to a bank or a moongate.
For the Trammel ruleset, say the city's name followed by "mint." For a moongate, say the gate's name and "moongate." For Felucca, follow the same two rules, with the addition of the word "fel" in front of the town or moongate name, e.g., "fel minoc mint" or "fel minoc moongate." The book of directions that comes up when you click on the portal provides a list of city and moongate names. It also says the normal teleportation rules apply, e.g., criminal, flagging, weight, etc.
The portal's globe is white. Screen shot shows the tooltip info and security options.
If you use the portal to go to a moongate, you arrive hidden. If you use it for a bank, you arrive in front of the bank, I think (have only used it to go to the Minoc bank so far). It works VERY quickly. It's an absolutely awesome reward!

You do not actually pick. It will basically swap a clothing for a specific different one. So you may have to cycle a few times to get the type you want. For example:
cloak turns to robe
robe turns to dress
dress turns to fancy gargish robe
fancy gargish robe turns to plain gargish robe
plain gargish robe turns to cloak
So if you had a copper cloak and wanted a plain copper gargish robe, you would have to use the box 4 times.
That would be the Codex of Virtue from the 12th year anniversary gifts.
Hmm.. bit clunky, but OK - although it might be nicer to have a different 'box' in each of 5 cities, so you know if you go to the one in, say, Trinsic, you'll get a gargish robe of the same colour as whatever you put in, whereas Minoc gives a cloak, and so on.

Okay, I am THRILLED about the vet reward clothing. I have a robe that I just hate, because I can't stand how the robes look, and you can't find the plain dresses for sale anywhere. this is perfect.

OK can anyone give an old bloke a hint? I am trying to place the *spoiler* lol, item that goes on the floor on the first floor of a castle and have a big no go.
When I tried to see what it looked like earlier today I did finally get it to go down on the roof after I pulled up a bunch of goza squares and my bloody pent.
Looks like I have all the room I need, whats up? any thoughts from other castle and or keep maybe even tower owners?

Sakkarah or any other devs watching this thread, we have a problem on Origin with walking (unmounted) pets disappearing randomly on what so far seems to be just a temporary basis. I made a separate post for it to call more attention to it. I hope people will get on Origin and TC1 and test the heck out of this so you can fix it before releasing this publish further. I hate to put a damper on things, but this is not a good situation!
