is there a bug with gargoyle vendors?

A friend of ours recently return to UO, and replaced her Inn in Malas, she a thunter and sells stuff off from treasure chests and sea chests on vendors, she placed a gargoyle vendors with three human/elf vendors, now the human/elf you can purchase items off it, but the gargoyle one you get a message, 'you cannot buy that', on every item in the vendor pack that is listed for sale.

And yes I ran to bank to see if I had gold there.

I have experienced the same issue with a gargoyle vendor on the LS shard. Couldn't buy anything on it.

Bug Fixes:

Fixed an issue with players not being able to buy from Gargoyle Vendors
