Puzzle Room Board now blocked off?

Been awhile for a couple of weeks and just noticed when trying to go to the puzzle board room on Catskills thats its blocked off is it like this on every shard and whats the reason for it being blocked?

ya and those that are trapped there need to be booted to a city when they log in. I read they still can do the puzzle sitting there where we that ran in everyday cannot.

Just tested this with a toon of mine that is still in the room. I get "You cannot use this" when I double-click on the box.

If you bothered to looked and pay attention to any of the other posts on the subject, there is a number of people that have characters locked in the walled off room that ARE able to get tokens still. There have been multiple posts where people are happy that they did not remove all their characters from the room and still have access to tokens/puzzles.
Someone else posted that the Dev's or GM's have to go in daily at server up to turn OFF the box, however, until this is done, the box is fair game and people are able to obtain tokens and do the puzzles.

I wonder if they can't just take the box out of the room...it would save them the time of having to go in everyday and turn it off.
