the last year, here, you have alot of castle, luna plot for 300 at 800m max. With SA, the value of castle or luna plot go down now, so good luck...

I dont know where your getting your prices, but I have not seen one luna house sell for 300 mil in the last 4 years, And I keep up to date with all luna plots. I see no reason why "SA" would make housing go down since there was only like 18 spots available there.lol. And I sold an 18x18 In ter mur for 150mil.

I do agree castles are more at the 800 range, but this is a very nice castle, with a VERY nice front yard. Any guild would be proud to use this as their base. Also he is asking 1bil ( or best offer) so for all you know he would take 800mil if offered.

I asked him and he is willling to negotiate prices, people just becuase it says 1 billion, doesnt mean he wouldnt go down maybe 900mil or even less.
