So I've got multiple copies of several of the plain books -- now I'm planning on collecting one of each of them, but for the remainder, I thought, "Hey, I know what I could do with them..."

That's when I came to the sudden realization that the books from the gargoyle curator quest do not match the books from the Friends of the Library Community Collection.

Now... I have to admit, I absolutely HATE the community collections, because typically you either have to spend exorbitant amounts of gold or you basically have to script to collect enough whatever to turn anything in (Frostwood being the only real exception), but I thought, okay, it'll be a slow grind, but maybe someday with these books...

So... I'm thinking maybe I should beg and plead with the DevTeam... "Please let me turn these books in to the Friends of the Library Community Collection. PLEASE!!!"

Just about had a chest fall on my head the other night whilst down there, and I certainly would not wish to exchange that with a chest of books.

Please for the love of the avatar please allow these books to be turned in...

If the devs are going to spend two seconds on community turn in they need to spend it making it so you can turn in commodity deeds.

I think I read somewhere that they were looking at the collections but
then again maybe not.
Anyway, I wholeheartedly agree about allowing theses as turn ins.

It would be nice if they added them but put it at say a normal copy worth like 20 points and move up by 10 for each level or rarity much like woods and ingots. My numbers are just an example.

I used to turn in Bushido books. I'd never do anything like that again, but for the people willing to collect and drop sounds like an awesome idea. Too many clicks for me though, trash or selling them has been easier.
