Arrrr, lemme tell you a story 'bout the EA store. Upgraded first account back near release, no problems, codes sent to correct email, etc. On the 29th, upgraded second account using same account at EA store. Fergot password to the EA store account, did the recover password thing, and received password email at correct address. Place order at EA store, codes email does not arrive, me not too worried as still have that window open to copy codes. Later, me goes to check email at email address used by first account (upgraded 3 weeks ago), and there be the codes email! Methinks moral of story be: check fer codes email at all email addresses EA may have on file fer you (and hopefully still used by you)!
