does LMC work with specials?

i know lmc is for magery and spells. but what about weapon specials?

There is a timer on special moves so that if you try to use one again too soon after using it the first time, you get charged double the cost in mana. This increases the more times you use a special consecutively.

Yes. Any and all specials. As long as you wait longer than the period of 3 seconds, you won't receive a penalty.

Also this important note. If your weapon skill, combined with parry, lumberjacking, stealth, poisoning, bushido or ninjitsu is between 200 and 299, you can knock 5 points off for the mana cost. If it is over 300, you can subtract 10 off of the total mana cost.

Don't forget you can change spacials as well, use Weapon special 1 then weapon special 2 as long as you do not use Weapon special 1 for 3 seconds after activation, same for weapon special 2.

So....if you were in a pvm situation with bushido you could weapon special 1, ls, weapon special 2, ls, weapon special 1 again. That should be roughly 3 seconds between swings depending on how fast you swing exactly.
