Rug Quest

Has anyone done the rug quest and delivered the letter to the Spinning Wheel in Vesper? I cant find who to give the letter to and no one there will take it. I have done this quest on Siege and on Cats and the results are the same. On the quest info part on paperdoll there is no name to give the letter to. A friend has also done the quest on Siege and gotten the same results.

You need to find Dermott in Vesper in the tailor shop. There are 2 tailor shops.

Aye... there are two tailor shops with the same name in Vesper. You need the one on the Southwest Island of the town.

Question: Where do you find Britanian Wool for the first part of the quest? Regular wool from sheared sheep didn't work. =/

Sheep in Yew pens while you have the quest part specifically active will give a second pile of wool when sheared.

You need fresh sheered wool. Not some you already owned.

I think the building is split between a provisioner, a cobbler, weaver, and tailor.
