My SA code didnt work

I bought it. They emailed it.

I went to uo.com and entered my account info, hit upgrade, it asked for code cut and paste it with no spaces, accepted asked to read through a toc page and hit accept, hit the button, waited, waited, waited, waited, waited, waited, waited, waited, timed out. Did it again, and again and again and again, aint my end (connection is fine).

Anyone else getting this?

I had to use Firefox to enter the code. Internet Explorer kept sitting at the one screen and the upgrade was never processed.

Doesn't sound like the code didn't work, sounds more like their website being slow. Or maybe browser conflict. Try another browser.

Awesome, will download firefox, give the secret handshake and try that as the two browsers I have tried did not work.osi never changes

Make sure you bought upgrade code and not new account. Hopefully its just a browser problem.

No tokens for race change, no vollum and no statues!

Anyone else have this happen? Whats the resolution? Download a Ukranian browser and stand on one leg for three days spinning anti-clockwise position and chanting in Arabic?

Wierd. I bought mine today. I don't know why... I used IE. I had absolutly zero problems. I got my upgrade codes and my bonus codes.

You get the code in your email.. duh!! then you use the help to in-put it while in game,,
