It's another question he forgot to bold out.could someone explain that last little bit there, please? (italics are mine)
With the release of SA, there will obviously be new events to participate in. With that in mind, are there plans to improve things technically to reduce the uber-lag that always goes hand in hand with the events?
You know, this is something I think we can do by more carefully structuring events.
I think many will remember the Trial of Ricardo being almost completely lag free, even with 100+ people gathered in the same room. We had written very specific control scripts to keep things calm, which massively reduced screen refreshes and network traffic. Compare that to the Mad Mage event, where there were over 400+ on screen at a time, which actually activated the dormant telestorming code. *I* got telestormed while I was trying to activate the code word to turn it on!

Wow, that makes total sense, especially since they’re edged! -Draconi
Turning in Items for ticket points is log over. Turning in Ticket Points for the new items is still going on. Sorry, but sounds like you missed out by being away.OK.. i noticed that the spring cleaning is still going on. but none of the people you are suppose to turn things into are around and the community collection box near the entrance to brit castle doesn't take what i need it to take.. so where do i turn all my stuff into...I was on hiatus when it started and just started playing again.. and I have alot of cleaning to do.. any help would be much appreciated please and thank you in advance.
strange..... cause you can feed them.I got Stygian Abyss and after using the promotional code I have recieved amongst other things "a vollem held in crystal." Without wasting this one time use, what does it do please?
Ah! This is your special gargoyle pet, a Vollem. This pet insta-bonds to you once you release it from the crystal, and otherwise acts like a normal pet. The reason this is special is that the only other way to obtain Vollems in the game is to complete the Sutek mini-quests and craft a golem version (which has to be repaired, and can’t be bonded).

Well I guess since I had a choice of Chemo and still being alive and item turn in, I would make the same choice.. I guess I'll keep my fingers crossed for another chance next spring to do the turn ins and will keep all my junk..still its good to be alive.Turning in Items for ticket points is log over. This makes me sad...the only other way to obtain Vollems in the game is to complete the Sutek mini-quests and craft a golem version (which has to be repaired, and can’t be bonded).
All the more reason to build a more rounded character instead of a defenseless "mule", or maybe engage in trade with a carpenter who has the skill to make soulforges. Besides which, it's all moot with the availability of runes. The first few people to train imbuing did so at the public forge & the bank and got to 75 just fine. Wasn't the intent to get people into the city?I've noticed that 75 Imbuing is required to build a soul forge. How are mule characters supposed to get to a soul forge to gain in Imbuing if the only entrance to Ter Mur is through a dungeon? It seems to be a very difficult trek for a character with no battle skills. Will it be possible to purchase soul forges from an "emissary" npc somewhere in Trammel or Malas?
I think we’re just going to change this to be a bit more reasonable.

I hope this was written after the last patch and that they will be taking a good look at imbuing in general. For a mule it is now almost impossible to raise as they cannot kill the monsters to get everything they need.
