I just click on one i tamed and the context menu appeared. It got different settings.



Mining : Ore
Set to Ore
Set to Ore and Stone
Mining : Ore and Gems.


I can't change the settings. Maybe its because i'm a tamer or its not bonded yet.

Just a bug I believe. Since they mine ore on their own, they're considered mining tools by the game.

They dont' seem to work correctly. Even after being tamed the Mining:Gems options are greyed out for my tamer.

At the back of Underworld, Near Navreys Lair.

Chrissay or Draconi had mentioned that it was a feature they didn't have time to implement.

So I presume they will be able to mine sometime in the future.

they can only mine ore, so other options are greyed out since they cant read the books to mine other stuff. ive sat stealthed at the spawn for them and watched different random ores drop to the ground around them, so they do seem to be able to mine. not sure if they still do after tamed. i need to tame one and let it roam around a mining cave to check. i would think it would have to be "not following or under any commands to do it.

TY for the pics. Did you eat a book? Maybe after bonding, who knows. Maybe Elf tamer have better luck. Can you set it to stone?
