What are the best ways to gain Imbuing

I just started imbuing at 50 and was wondering what the best way to get gains would be.

Unravelling, to start. An imbuer's best friend is a treasurehunter. With a treasurehunter you will be getting loads and loads of low-level crap magic items, which you can hand over to your imbuer en masse.

Keep a chest full of the items you are not powerful enough to unravel. Soon you'll get a feel for your range -- low level rings are usually the easiest to work with.

Note that this will only work to a point. Once you start to get to the 70s (maybe sooner) you are going to have to craft items to get any decent advancement.

I imbued(imbuing)(102 skill) on crafted daggers. Keep your success chance I found 60-65% for the best gains.

40-70-- skill level I used Luck
70-90-- I made Mage weapon
90-current level--I mixed in Cold resist, Mage weapon, and Luck...I gain around 1.0 pts per every 20-30 daggers that I do.
