Not tried it out yet though.. gonna do that when im less tired tomorrow during the day.. lol.

I got mine on maybe the 5th Ruddy Boura that I killed. 100 High Plains Bouras have netted me nothing.

Did you get the staff yet? Poo stole the one I spotted and I told him he needs to find someone else that has one to see why Bruce said it would be more fun with more than one in use at a time.

I've killed about 100 lowland bouras and 50 ruddy bours and still no shield or staff. Do you have to do anything special?

And does it drop in your pack or on corpse?

it appears that the shield is in the corpse. i did not know of these maybe i should start farming.

bora are pretty easy the highland one can be a little tough!

Does it always spawn with the exact mods Crysta showed or does it vary? Meaning- I want a spell channeling no-penalty one.

Hm... On a successful paralyze does it paralyze, or reflect physical damage first? Obviously could be a problem if it paras first.

And that's 3. Took hundreds of each. So... there any other similar items to be obtained that way? Would love to go after more like these.

On that note.. i'd like to once again reccomend implementing the old 3rd Dawn Monster Weapons... the delivery system is similar to what that was, they all just need art for them when equipped.

Any more info on this staff? Is this the new stealable staff in the Abyss the Staff of Resonance? If so was wondering what the Kinetic Resonance Property did if anyone knows...

Resonance is apparently "Chance to resist spell-casting interruption if the damage received is the same type as the resonance".
I'd suppose that kinetic would be non-magical, from a weapon, since the effect of the attack would be the transference of kinetic energy.

Head east out of the city and follow the road. You will cross a small bridge and enter into an area full of toxic sliths, they're just a bit further east from there. Maybe 1 to 1 and a half screens away.

The raptor claw seems rarer than the boura shield. I'm at #200 and nothing

NO WAY that Raptor weapon exists. That screen shot is doctored! I killed over 350 (50 per 30 mins easy) with NOTHING! And my guildmates have been killing them too, nothing either. I'm done...

Not doctored in the least. Its just really rare and random, and all 3 drop on the monster's corpses.

So was anyone able to get a Boura Pole/Staff? I have gotten 3 shields but no pole. If so, please tell me what type of Boura dropped it and post a screen shot if you can!
