One of my guildmasters just reached GM a few hours ago.

Several members of our guild fed her with items to unravel, and she would unravel them and just keep working on imbuing.

She has a lot more patience than I have. I couldn't possibly have worked that hard on a new skill.

I click unrawel and all it tells me is that the item needs to be in my pack.
Shouldnt I be getting a cursor, so I can select what I want to unrawel?

Not true, depends what you are unraveling. I was able to get relic fragments right as I crossed over 95

I wouldn't be surprised. If you have a decent supply of ingredients, have a fair amount of time and know what you're doing it's actually not too hard of a skill to raise. My play time is limited this week because of work, but in about an hours time last night I went from 50 to just about 60 (58.x). I'm sure this weekend I should be close to GM if not above.

The biggest slow down is the ingredients. If your fed the ingredients there is nothing to slow you down.

I have about 2 dozen low end runic hammers I've been sitting on for awhile. I burned them up making daggers to unravel. I do 100 at a time. Use the ingredients to imbue GM exceptional daggers with a property that has about a 55% success rate. You can imbue the same piece 10 times with the same property by using the reimbue last button. Saves time. As long as you keep your success potential in the mid to high 50's you're more likely to gain. Once you've used up all your ingredients imbuing, unravel all the items you just made, and get some of your ingredients back. Basically if you keep going like that the gains are pretty steady. The most important thing is a steady flow of ingredients.

I can't imagine it would be that difficult to be at 114.2 already, just extremely boring and tedious. If one has a few people supplying them with the ingredients and they had the time to sit at the soulforge (and also figured out how to best squeeze out fast gains), it seems pretty feasible they would be over GM.

It makes sense for a few people to get together and help one person work it up at a time. That way, at least one person is already 120 and able to pump out imbued equip while the others take turns supplying and working towards 120 themselves. Personally, I'm putting off working imbuing so I can supply a friend. That and he's much better at working skills than I am lol.
