Some of my friends are not technically savy.
I have one that bought the $40 new account .. no wonder her code won't work!
Now what? I told her to go to support.ea.com, but OMG.

I sent a support message about my uogamecodes not working. They told me it's a known issue and to wait 2-3 days. Okaaaayyyyy.

The best thing to do is wait for customer support. As long as the code has not been used they will be able to assist you with your issue.
