Soul forges are carpenter-crafted house add-on deeds, so may be crafted and sold to others. They require GM Carpentry, 75 Imbuing skill. The resources needed are: 150 boards, 150 ingots and 1 relic fragment.
At the current time, I don't know if anyone is selling these or not.

dang! no kidding, haven't really starting working my imbuing yet.. too many other new toys to play with first!

Dang.. I will drop some runes around brit and luna today then.. never thought of that. There's an inn south of the city forge that you could log out in if you wanted. There's a bank and a jewlers to purchase the regular gems if you need for imbuing skill training.

I hope they come up with a smaller soul forge .. this using 4x4 tiles is a real pain
I just wish some one else would start making these at a fair price.
