Just kill monsters in Ter Mur. Some (Maybe All?) monsters will raise your loyalty like karma.

I though gargoyles couldnt wear gloves gorgets or hats, I cant put any armor on.

Gargoyles have different armor entirely, you'll need to make new or convert old to wear it. There's a 'convert' option on the crafting menu. I haven't even logged in yet since the upgrade.

Someone placed a sweet house right next to a champ spawn alter; i wonder house long it will last. I remember seeing something like that placed in dastard way back on pacific; almost as funny as seing houses placed on top of towers.

you have to have loyalty rating of noble or some such to place a house.
I am only up to 1200 pts (friend level)

That was me...
But, it did cost me a 3 day suspension on that account due to "exploiting the game". But I am working on that!

Some guy did it in open beta and posted a screenshot. One of the devs replied ya we have to turn that off. I mean hell it still was in beta no biggie. I see a lot gets done on the dev's side. I mean hell there is a screenshot of it on stratics and a dev replying to the post and it still gets forgotten about. Makes me wonder about the rest of the stuff. Do they even pay attention?
