negative, but you need to level up your "loyalty to the queen" to noble (10,000 pts) to use it regardless. (How we are suppose to do this on our crafter's, I have no clue, BC if the points are as low per quest as it is per mob, we are all screwed) :(

I found it, but yeah I got the message:

You must rise to the rank of noble in the eyes of the Gargoyle Queen before her majesty will allow you to use this soulforge.

Does this refer to the current fame/karma system? Or some new questing system?
