OK peeps 2 issues with the loyalty..

First you have to be Noble to use the Queens' Forge in Ter Mur
Second you have to be Noble to place a house.

Nope, not at all, by gaining 10,000 loyalty you'll be at "Noble" status, and then be able to place a house.

How do crafters get points to use the Queens' Soul Forge? Like turning in bods gets one to Lord/Lady?

I just placed my house down. I just grinded the toxic sliths just east of the royal city for an hour till I hit 10000 loyalty then plopped my house down.
