how do you claim your rewards?

I upgraded my account and entered my account code. That is registered now, but how do i claim my rewards? I have the email with the code, but I do not know what to do with it

Go ingame and and go to the help option. Then select promotional code and enter it there.

Best way is to copy and pasty the code from e-mail and then use ctrl-V to copy it in the window ingame.
