Problem buying codes

Anyone else having problems buying from the uo store? I get an error message every time I try. There was a problem while processing your order. You can order by phone by calling this number. I call the number and the upgrade codes are not availble yet to purchase.

I have tried different account names, and different passwords. I have tried different comuters and get the same error message. They submitted a support ticket but said it could take 48-72 hours for a response.

Everyone else seems able to purchase the upgrade codes without probems. Anyone else encounter this problem, and how did you fix it?

UOGc oe Ea site, Damia? I got tired of waiting for EA store link so went to UOGC. I was able to purchase 3 upgrades, but now I'm stuck in UO acct management site, trying to get past T&C accept page for first account...

i got this same problem and im in the same boat, no help from the rep on the phone so im like just stuck waiting till something happens

if you read you would seethat someone else already posted with your same error message and he changed computers and got it fine.

So Maggie suggests to go out and buy a new computer. I would try flushing your cache out of Internet Explorer or Firefox and start anew...might work and be a cheaper option.
