This was shocking to me. We here at THC all knew the score.. It was a bad loss on their side at despise. The numbers were close to even at 8 v 8 or so. We DID lose a couple guys, but they lost all, came back, lost all again.

However, its HIGHLY unusual for M to not only admit defeat, but to actually give a little pat on the back. The fact that we did lose two guys would have been enough for Haginor to declare victory. I don't care what anyone says, Stu is a good man, and apparently, a changed man as well. My heart goes out to Stugottz:
aka Kung Stuii, Stuicide. You are a shining example of pvp virtue.

Could this be a new chapter in the ongoing war between the |M|pire and our THC rebellion? Could things finally become respectful and humble? If Stu was running the show over there, I would say yes. But, as he is only a high-ranking member, and Hag and Sarg still run the show, Im still leaning towards 'no'.

Thank you Stu. You are quite awesome-sauce, and now have immunity from all the drama/mudslinging. I also like how, rather than flipping out and logging out, he takes the loss with grace, and offers his mates a hopeful future.

I esPECIALLY like the thread where |M|embers are actually STICKING UP for slave girl on one of her soap-opera rants, and Stu makes a brief appearance to say 'see? this is why I never log in here' .

Well i never log on this site because of all the BS..But in that fight gemma we were outnumbered regardless what u say not by much but more thc than M.. Actuly alot of THC is not from M or would ever want to be. We do got the good pvpers from SUPR who were in M who also came from other shards/guilds. Dont act like M is the starting point for all pvpers or something. I do agree all trammys who want to learn pvp should start in M. Then once they learn the basics should leave and join real pvp guilds. I would be pretty mad if i was in a guild and the GM played a stealther and left my crew to die all the time.

OTOH, if you were talking non-tamer templates, it MAY get interesting. However, I think M has two maybe three "top tier" PvPers with a bunch of "above average" guys while "supr" has more PvPers close to "top tier".

But, it is all academic because M wouldn't agree to a 5v5 and "supr" is so fragmented, I don't think they'd have 5 on at the same time(l33t, above average, or otherwise): supr, ego, thc, ussr, duno, etc

Above average to me is someone who can at least survive 1v1 most of the time and have good odds of killing someone. I do not consider myself above average. I'd rate myself just a little bit better than average mainly because of template

Top tier is the guy who regularly survives ganks and can deal out some deaths. Usually on some sort of a gimplet.

I'm not saying top tier = best in UO.

Unfortunately, off the top of my head, I don't know what the current layout of "supr" is so I can't give you some specific names... but pink is one name off the top of my head. If I called pink a 10, I'd say there are at least 4 others in "supr" that are 8-9s.

In M, I'd say maybe sargon and Stu. From those two, I'd say the skill rate drops off significantly. Again, using the "10 scale" and calling sargon and stu 10, I'd say the next 3 guys they pick are 7s.

In general, I'd say "supr" had more quality players than M in the top five with less drop off in skill.

if you get dismounted at the ice west champ, and the only two guys with you happen to be, a. a dismount archer, and b. a dexxer named solomon.. and they (M) have at LEAST 10 people trying to kill you, and fail to do so until around the bridge in ice dungeon, does that make you at least an 8? or maybe even a LOW 9?

yes that happened a couple days ago.. in no way am i lobbying for a 10 like pink.. Pink would have killed one of them, and gotten away..

Gemma, I can survive a boat load of dexers on my template. But I only rate myself as slightly better than average. I can survive but not get one dead. Scary to think an honest player can survive that well:loser:

Shortly before supr decided on the multiple break ups, they could easily field five guys who were 8 and above if not closer to ten(on a good day when people weren't playing off shard or logging out after a super zerg ) .

M doesn't have that capability. They could field maybe three people above 8 and the balance are 6-7s. I doubt they could field a group of ten that rated above 7. They have a real bad ratio of "very good" PvPers to meat shields.

Actuly STU my guild came here from another server. It was WEAK what was 5 people. You guys invited us to M before we know anything about the server. We did not come from M or learn anything from M. We joined for 2 days and bounced because you guys are all scrubs. Anytime you would like to 1v1 for gold we can get Leo from Finduo to broker it. We can go for any amount from 10 mill to 300 mill. I just want a broker so i know i get my $. Now dont be like barron and now answer to your calling. This goes for Walmart also. If you win you win i dont give ****. If you lose you still wont stfu so who cares.
