Selling AO house

not to throw a monkey wrench in your pricing...as many know i deal in realestate across shards but mainly atlantic for over 11 years.
AO area is dead as you know and a malas 18x18 is 25-35m.
so starting at 40 in hopes to gain more than is a bit much.
I wish anyone luck however if it's time to sell it's better to sell for a price that's fair and be done with it.

No,i'm not interested in buying in case otehrs may seem i just want a deal.

didnt see u saying anything to SupSoc about his pricing as it was the same as mine
