2 c. French bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 to 2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper
3 whole battle chickens, halved and skinned
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, garlic and pepper. Dip chicken in butter then dredge in bread crumb mix. Place in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Yield: 6 servings.

Well everyone keeps asking for more realism in UO. If we wanted to be brutally honest, eating more than 10 would render females incapable of wearing armor leggings due to exponential thigh volume increase
